200 Inner Belt is a 200,000 SF mixed-use Class A office, R&D and art storage building located in the Inner Belt District of Somerville, Massachusetts. The Inner Belt District is just west of I-93, which connects Boston to its northeastern and southeastern suburbs. The property sits directly along the new MBTA GLX Green Line Light Rail Extension, next to the new East Somerville Station (scheduled for completion in Q4 2021). East Somerville Station will be three stops from Boston’s North Station and one stop from the new East Cambridge Station— right in the heart of Boston’s biotechnology community and accessible from the new Cambridge Crossing development. Cambridge Crossing is a 4.5 million SF, 45-acre mixed-use commercial, R&D and residential development. 200 Inner Belt is tenanted by Harvard University, Triumvirate Environmental, OpenBiome, Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM), and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). 200 Inner Belt was purchased by NRC in 2013, and neighbors NRC’s Brickbottom | Inner Belt development site.
