200 Inner Belt Road
200 Inner Belt is a 200,000 SF mixed-use Class A office, R&D and art storage building located in the Inner Belt District of Somerville, Massachusetts. The Inner Belt District is just west of I-93, which connects Boston to its northeastern and southeastern suburbs. The property sits directly adjacent to the MBTA GLX East Somerville Station— just three stops from Boston’s North Station and one stop from the new East Cambridge Station in Kendall Square. 200 Inner Belt is tenanted by Harvard University, Triumvirate Environmental, Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM), and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). 200 Inner Belt was purchased by NRC in 2013, and was recapitalized in a new joint venture with Wheelock Street Capital in 2021. 200 Inner Belt also neighbors NRC’s Brickbottom District development.
