The Flyway Denver is a proposed 32-acre, approximately 223,000 square-foot retail town center within the Far Northeast Area of Denver, Colorado— the fastest developing region in Northeast Denver. The development will be located adjacent to the intersection of Peña Boulevard and Green Valley Ranch Boulevard. Peña Boulevard is the major highway connecting Denver International Airport (just 10 miles from Denver Connection) to I-70. There is a Denver TRD Light Rail stop (40th Street and Airport Boulevard) just a five-minute walk from The Flyway, which provides commuter rail service directly to both Denver International Airport and Downtown Denver. The Flyway will be anchored by a large format retailer that will offer high quality groceries alongside general merchandise and clothing. To best serve both the local community and the greater Far Northeast Area region, The Flyway’s developers seek to bring an appropriate mix of regional and national retailers and dining establishments that satisfy the demands of the neighborhood residents. The Flyway is a joint venture development project owned and operated by NRC-affiliate C.P. Bedrock and Goldberg Properties, Inc., and is anticipated to open in Fall 2021 or Spring 2022.
