The Matsil Building is a 282,000 SF mixed-use warehouse and specialty art storage building in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Long Island City, New York. The property is located just one block from the Long Island Expressway, and three blocks from both Queens Boulevard and the MTA Subway No. 7 33rd Street Station, which is five stops to Grand Central Station in Manhattan. Named for the work clothing manufacturer Matsil Brothers Inc. that originally tenanted the building, Matsil’s current tenant roster includes Polo Ralph Lauren (NYSE: RL) and Maquette Fine Art Services. The Matsil Building has been owned and operated by NRC since 2018.
